My gosh! I have so many presents and only so much time to open them! Here is my 1st birthday present experience.

Love the cake!

This is right before my melt down cuz I didn't get but a 30 minute nap before my big party! I loved seeing everyone and waved at for the first 10 or 15 mintues of my party at everyone that came. I was so happy to celebrate with all my family and friends. Thanks for coming! This year has flown by. On April 11th I had my 1 year check up. I now weigh 22 lbs which is in the 70th percentile. I am 28 and 1/4 inches tall and this is the 50th percentile. I gave up the bottle and sippy cup about 3 weeks ago. I now drink from my cup with a straw. I am such a big girl now. I will stand or walk with help or cruise along the couch. I push my lyon around, but don't quite have the confidence to walk on my own yet. I am a chatter box. I love to babble babble babble and scream too! I love to point at things I'm interested in. I pull on my dog's ears and pat pat pat them. I love to thown things behind me ie. books, blocks, cups, or whatever I have in my hands. I love to play on my piano and dance to the music.

Last week I started daycare. My daycare lady's name is Kathy. She was mommy and daddy's neighbor at there other house in Elk Grove. I love to play with her granddaughter Scarlett who is a few months older than me. We have alot of fun talking to each other and playing peek a boo with each other. Daddy has brought me over there for three day's and I have been good everyday. I will be going there 3 days a week and hanging out with my auntie Alaina for two day's until May when Auntie goes on a try to New York. Then I will be going to Kathy's full time. I have enjoyed daycare so far.

On my birthday I celebrated a dinner and birthday cupcake with mommy and auntie Alaina. Daddy was in Switzerland training for his new job with Metler-Toledo. I had a great dinner of chicken and broccoli. A dinner that Grandma made for mommy when she was growing up. Then I had my birthday cupcake! Yummy!

Happy 1st Birthday to me!

Today mommy took the day off of work to be with me on my 1st birthday. We went to the Sacramento Zoo with my buddies Kaitlyn and Cassidy. We enjoyed the flamingo's, girafee's, monkey's and penquin's. Mom made me chicken and brocolli for dinner and Auntie Alaina and mommy sang me happy birthday! Time has flown by this year. Hear's to another great year!
