Little Monkey Girl

Hi Everyone

It has been busy the last couple of weekends. We went to the Pumpkin Maze in Lathrop last weekend and we went to San Francisco last Saturay. I will update my pictures soon. I just wanted to update what happened yesterday. Yesteday, mommy put me in my crib for my morning nap. I was down or at lease mommy thought I was a sleep and she was on the computer in the office to hear a hung BANG or THUD and I started crying instantly. Mommy ran into the room and I was on the floor. I figured out how to climb out of my crib! Mommy checked me out and I ran out of the room and was ready to go play! I managed not to break or bruise anything. When daddy came home he moved the crib down to the lowest setting, next is the toddler bed! Mommy and Daddy don't know how to keep me in bed for that. Not only the bed but I have also discovered how to open the french handled doors!

I have learned some new critical words: NO! or No! No! No! with my finger too! I say this to my dogs all the time. I say "but" when I point to my bellybutton. I love to say hi and bye to strangers. I give a give Mowa and blow kisses and say bye. I now say Meow for cat. Owee! and point at dirty hands or any oweeies I have. I say bee whenever I see a bee. I love The Bee Movie. I say MiMi who takes care of me everyday. Ki Ki my best friend at daycare, and Zoe the other little girl at daycare.

This Friday we are leaving for Cancun on Friday for our first family vacation! Wish us luck!

Wow! It's been over a month since an update!

Hi Everyone!

Sorry I'm so behind on my blog. September was a very busy month. Early in the month I had a fun afternoon at the salon. I had my bangs cut and had fun watching my BFF Scarlet or KiKi get her hair cut by her mommy. Daddy was gone for two weeks of the month and now we are finally catching up. He was in Switzerland for a week and mommy and I had a fun time together. Daddy came home for a weekend and then was off to Ohio. I had a chance to hang with my Grammy for the week daddy was in Ohio. By the end of the week I was saying Grammy! Now I'm saying on a regular basis.

I have been learning so much in the last month. I'm learning new words every day. Some of the words that I use frequently are Ah Oh! I have added woof in to my sounds for doggies, I just began saying Peesss for please. I say Mimi which is the name that the children at daycare call my daycare provider. I say KiKi for by BFF Scarlet. I also call her Scar Scar. Up for carry me, Nite Nite, Hi and Bye, I say Momma, I give kisses on the cheek and I also blow kisses. When any one ask's who is Miranda? She answers Bubba. That is daddy's nickname for me. I love to point at my body parts when mommy and daddy ask where they are, especially my bellybutton. I love to play peek a boo. Ca Ca for Cracker. She is now saying no and shaking her head back and forth. She is doing very well with feeding herself with a fork. I love books! I want to read and play with my puzzles all the time. Something that I just started to learn was that I can push on the button on the refrigerator and water will come out. Mommy is so happy there is a lock on the water and ice dispenser.

Last weekend we went to Monterey with my buddy Jakob. We were able to play at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and learn so much about the ocean and see all the fish.

I will share some of my experiences in the last month with more to come in October!
