Day At the Beach

This was our full day at the beach and pool. We were so tired after a full day out and about at X Caret that we slept in and hung out at the beach. Napped and played some more. Miranda fell asleep in my arms in the ocean and then crashed out for an hour on the lounge chair. She had fun looking for pretty's (shells in the sands). She also found some rocks and put them in her swimsuit cover-up. We couldn't resist catching a pic of Miranda's tan lines.

Trip to X Caret

For the trip we decided we would do the XCaret adventure park. XCaret has a zoo, aquarium, Mayan community, underground caves, beaches, and much more. There is so much to do that we were only able to do so much.

We had a fun time checking as much as we could.

Time at the pool

We spent alot of the time at the pool when we were in Cancun. We only had one real day at the beach because the surf was very ruff. Miranda had fun blowing bubbles in the pool and splashing in the water. The pool had a nice place where Miranda could just sit and play in the water. She is definitely a water baby.

1st day in Cancun

In the taxi back to the hotel. Miranda wasn't use to not being in the car seat. She held on!

For the first day we walked around Cancun and then went to the beach for Miranda's 1st chance to walk in the sand. She really didn't want to walk on the sand till about the 3rd day we were at the beach.

The start to a wonderful vacation!

When we arrived into Cancun it was ten o'clock at night. We checked into our hotel and were ready to just check out the hotel grounds. Miranda took at nap from the airport to the hotel which was about an hour so she was ready to play. We unpacked and got ready to check the hotel out and we received a call from the front desk saying that there was something wrong with our a/c in the room. They would have to upgrade us for the week to a one bedroom suite with 2 full baths and a jacuzzi on the balcony facing the ocean. Gosh what a bummer! We packed up and moved house.

Our 1st Family Airplane Flight

Miranda enjoyed watching the what she calls JJ's in the airport. She did very well flying on the airplane and even took a nap on the 1st leg of the flight. She was as excited as mom and dad were going into Cancun so she didn't nap till we picked up our luggage in Cancun. We left on Halloween so we thought we would at least put her Halloween outfit on.

We walked around the botanical gardens in San Francisco. We had a bag of goldfish and Miranda pulled it out and it spilled all over the ground. Squirrels and birds from everywhere came scrambling over to the pile of goldfish. Miranda was fasincated with all the animals. By the way we saw a sign later in the park saying not to feed the animals. Opps!

DeLossi Farms

A few weeks before Halloween we went to DeLossi Farms with the best friend Scarlet's Family and the Verrett's. Here are some pictures from our day at the farm.
