First week at It's Preschool Time

Miranda completed her first week at the new daycare called "It's Preschool Time" last week. Everything went very well except the naps. The first two days she napped for a half hour and then Thursday and Friday she would nap for a half hour and then wake up for a half hour and then go back to sleep for an hour. So she is starting to get the hang of it. She is eating well as always and playing well with the other kids. Miranda found a 9 year old little girl who is there in the morning and afternoon that Miranda loves to sit on her lap at story time and pull her around to show her different toys and ask her what that? Miranda is learning may news things from the other children also. The first day they colored a Angel fish and she picked up saying Angel fish. Miranda has shown off her dancing abilities and her constant "Ah Oh!" with her hands in the air. Miranda and mommy have adjusted well. I hope this coming week will go just as well.

There are so many words she knows now we have just stopped counting. I do need to write them all down, but it seems like whenever we say "Miranda say....", she does a great job of repeating everything we say. I have to say she is very vocal, but I think it is great because we are able to meet her every need.

Domaine Chandon

Daddy was working the week of New Year's, but was able to take a trip to Domain Chandon. They are known for their sparkling wine. But daddy's contact at the winery was very gracious and was able to get us a tour and a tasting. I was a very good girl and enjoyed seeing how wine is made.

Trip to San Francisco-Shakespeare's Garden

Mom and Dad wanted to try to go to the Academy of Sciences. We were unsuccessful, but we had a wonderful time in Golden Gate Park and visited where mommy and daddy were married.

Xmas Eve

Christmas Eve Tyty, Uncle Ran and Uncle Brent, Grannie and Grandpa came to Elk Grove to have dinner with us. We enjoyed spending time with them and had fun playing with puzzles and my new calendar with stickers from Uncle Ran. I enjoyed reading my xmas books with TyTy. I also enjoyed showing them my new baby and pushing her in the stroller and I like to get into her crib too.
