This Monday Miranda went to her 2 month doctor appointment. In the pictures she is very happy to kick her legs and move her arms and cooing on the exam room paper. She found the crinkling of the paper very entertaining. For the weigh in she now weight 12 lbs 4 ounces which is the 85% percentile. For her height, she is 22 3/8 inches. For the circumference of her head 15 1/4 inch. For height and her head she is at the 50% percentile. She is growing rapidly but very healthy. That is some good breastmilk mommy! We will see the doctor again in another 2 months, at that point the doctor said we will talk about starting solids!
Wow for after the appointment. Miranda had a rough few hours when we got home. She kept screaming and then realized that she kept putting her hand by her legs and rubbed the bandaids and she screamed. Then taking the bandaids off she screamed. Boy did she have some bruises from the shots. She felt much better after a bath and had a good 5 hour stretch of sleep. Mommy thought we were in for a long night, but she did well. Oh the picture of the spit up happens was during the few hours of screaming thought it just captured the rough few hours.
