Continued discussion of Big Girl Bed

Okay, it has been two nights that Miranda has slept in her big girl bed. We found that starting the nightly routine at 7:00 before she get's to tired has worked well. By the time we get Miranda is bathed ready to read we are about 7:30 we read for about a half hour, Miranda loves to read her books and also sleep with them. So, this is the new part that mommy and daddy are learning about just have to chuckle about. We do our normal nite nite hand shake, High Five, Knuckle, and a big KISS and blow kisses! You have picked up on this and now say "no". So mommy and daddy are now leaving the room and say, sweet dreams. You cry bloody murder and scream at the top of your lungs! Mommy! Daddy! as we leave the room. We close the lights, the door, and the hallway gate. (sounds terrible and feels terrible) Mommy and daddy close all the lights and any sounds in the house. The last two nights you have come out of your room screaming, but what really is your new thing of going back to your room and slamming on door! But all and all, Miranda has climbed back into her bed and falls asleep till between 7 and 7:30! So, all in all you are getting a very fun night sleep and so are we finally! Four for days till Miranda is 2! Time is flying by!
